At SOCCERSHW, our main commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you made a purchase in our online store and noticed a manufacturing defect upon receiving the product, you have the right to request an exchange or return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

The customer has 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the order to request a product exchange or return.

Processing Time: Both the refund and the product exchange will be completed within a maximum of 30 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customized jerseys with names and numbers selected by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of distributor error.
