At SOCCERSHW, we want your shopping experience to be clear and transparent. Below, we outline our shipping and delivery policy:

📦 Product Origin and Shipping

The products available on our website are not located in the USA and are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturers.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
(In exceptional cases, there may be delays due to supplier issues.)

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
However, this period may vary due to external factors such as:

✔️ Additional VAT or duty fees
✔️ Postal service strikes or logistical issues
✔️ Other situations beyond our control

We guarantee delivery of the product within a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase.
(If the order is not delivered within this time frame, the customer may request a full refund with no conditions.)

📍 Delivery Process in the USA

Once the product arrives in the USA, it goes through customs inspection and is then sent to the destination city.
Delivery is carried out by USPS, but in certain cases (e.g., recipient not available, delivery restrictions in the area, etc.), USPS may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest post office.

📦 Orders with Multiple Products

If your order contains 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number.
As this is an international shipment, updates on the USPS tracking website may take up to 7 business days after receiving the tracking number.

📌 Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct before confirming the purchase.
If a product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
If the package is not picked up from the post office within the indicated time frame, it will be returned to the sender abroad. In this case, the delivery time will restart from the confirmation of the new shipment.
